Is Miswak Better than a Toothbrush?

Miswak has been shown to be effective in removing plaque (which is a primary cause of gingivitis) due to its natural antibacterial properties and its content of fluoride, chlorides, silica, and other compounds. Miswak acts as a natural abrasive, allowing it to physically remove plaque from the teeth. Regular use of Miswak has been associated with reduced gingivitis due to its antimicrobial properties. It can help massage the gums, improving circulation and contributing to overall gingival health >>
